Appointments
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. If you arrive excessively late, as a courtesy to other clients, we may have to reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations and Missed Appointments
As a courtesy to you, we will confirm your appointment the day or two before you are scheduled. Please give a 24-hour notice, should you need to change your appointment. If there are three or more same day cancellations or missed appointments, you will be asked to secure your future appointment with a credit card.

Osio Salon accepts: Cash, American Express, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard.
Gratuities
Gratuity is customary for good service and it is left to the discretion of the customer.
